“I met Chelsea through a Mom support group and was blessed to win some hours with her through a contest the group was running. It’s funny looking back how I had placed so much energy into preparing for labor and birth - taking prenatal yoga classes, reading positive birth stories, meeting with midwives, visiting birth centers, listening to meditations and even doing a few birth hypnosis sessions. (We were blessed with an amazing natural birth center birth!) However, what I had not prepared myself for was postpartum life and my was it a shocking time! I only wish that I had arranged for the help Chelsea provides right from the start! I think my son was ten months old when I first started working with Chelsea, and even though it wasn’t those early post partum days her presence was still so welcomed!
